Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Seller Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

These terms are between you and Seller Hub for access to and use of the service.

Description of service

Seller Hub helps merchants understand profit by connecting Shopify revenue with Printify fulfillment costs, shipping, fees, taxes, refunds, and data provenance. During early access, setup may be assisted and provider availability may be limited.

Account and access

You must have authority to connect any Shopify, Printify, payment, marketing, or fulfillment account you authorize for use with Seller Hub. You are responsible for keeping your own provider accounts secure.

Acceptable use

You may not use Seller Hub to break laws, bypass provider rules, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, or resell the service without written permission.

Data accuracy

Seller Hub separates verified, estimated, missing, and incomplete data instead of hiding uncertainty. The service depends on connected provider APIs, so you remain responsible for reviewing critical financial decisions against your source systems.

Third-party services

Seller Hub integrates with third-party providers such as Shopify and Printify. Your use of those providers remains subject to their own terms, API permissions, outages, retention rules, and review requirements.
