Add a cost or fulfillment source
Connect verified cost evidence or keep profit explicitly incomplete until the missing cost is supplied.

A sales order supplies revenue. A fulfillment, supplier, shipping, fee, or manual cost source supplies the evidence needed to explain what the order cost. Printify is a current reference fulfillment path, but Seller Hub's contract is any supported source plus an explicit missing-cost state.
- Open Settings > Integrations and choose an enabled fulfillment or cost source.
- Review whether the source supplies production cost, shipping cost, or both.
- Complete OAuth or the provider-specific credential flow.
- Confirm that the connection is bound to the intended Seller Hub store.
- Open Data Health and verify whether imported orders now have cost coverage.
Manual costs remain explicit
When a provider cannot supply a defensible cost, add a supported manual cost in Settings > Costs. Seller Hub must not invent a zero cost.
