Seller Hub uses a combination of real-time webhooks and scheduled syncs to keep your data current.
Real-time (webhooks): - Shopify order creation, updates, and refunds arrive within seconds.
Scheduled syncs: - Printify fulfillment data: daily at 4:00 AM UTC - Financial reconciliation: daily at 5:00 AM UTC - Exchange rates: daily from the European Central Bank for supported currency pairs
Manual sync: You can trigger a manual sync at any time from Settings > Integrations. Click the "Re-sync" button next to Shopify or Printify. Manual syncs typically complete within 2-5 minutes.
If you notice stale data, a banner will appear on the dashboard prompting you to re-sync.
