Managing your subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Seller Hub subscription.

You can manage your subscription at any time from the Billing page.

To access: 1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner. 2. Select Settings. 3. Navigate to Billing.

Upgrading: - Select your desired plan and click "Upgrade". - You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. - New features are available immediately after upgrade.

Downgrading: - Select the lower plan and click "Downgrade". - You retain access to current plan features until the end of your billing period. - Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Cancelling: - Click "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of the Billing page. - You retain access until the end of your paid period. - Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation. - You can reactivate at any time within the 30-day window.
